How do I find a tutor?

Simply create an account, fill out your tutor request with your subject needs and preferences, and our matching system will connect you with verified tutors who fit your requirements.

How do demo classes work?

You may take up to 2 paid demo classes with a tutor to evaluate their teaching style and suitability. If the tutor meets a basic standard, payment is required. If the tutor's performance is clearly unsatisfactory, you must provide detailed reasons to avoid payment. After demo classes, a contract is required for further sessions.

What happens if I am not satisfied with a demo class?

If you believe the tutor's performance is unacceptable, you must provide a valid, detailed reason. If the tutor is not a good fit but meets a basic standard, payment for the demo class is still required. Unjustified complaints may result in account action.

How do I pay for classes?

Payment is due after the scheduled number of classes (typically 10–12 per month) are completed. Demo classes are also paid, as per our policy. No advance payment is required.

Can I change my tutor after starting?

Yes, you may request a new tutor at any time. Please contact support for assistance with changing tutors or resolving any issues.

Are all tutors verified?

Absolutely. All tutors go through our rigorous verification process including academic credential checks, background verification, and teaching skill assessment.
